Nezomira currently delivers within Bangladesh only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Available delivery areas, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where applicable and may depend on the destination and order.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Delivery estimates are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival time. Weather, courier operations, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy. Please review that policy and contact support with your order details before sending an item back.
